Founder

Pat Linden specializes in business and transactional law. He spent 15 years with the Denver and Boulder offices of large regional and international law firms before founding Linden Law Partners in 2015.

Attorney

Alison Kinnear represents clients in business and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, entity formation, exempt securities offerings, registered securities offering due diligence, corporate governance, employment issues, and contract preparation and negotiation.

Miles Williams represents entrepreneurs, startups and other companies throughout their business lifecycles across a variety of industries, including technology and application development, e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, and food & beverage.

Senior Paralegal

Joy Lloyd brings over 35 years of legal experience with an extensive focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, securities compliance, and contract preparation. Joy has provided services to international, national and local law firms in Denver and New York City, including four Am Law top 100 firms.

VP, Business Strategy

Bryan Taylor works with Linden Law Partners on a variety of business strategy initiatives. He also currently serves as Director of Sales at Velocity Global where he assists clients with their international growth strategies and use of employment of record services for the compliant hiring of global teams.

Office Manager

Cari Behrendt specializes in business operations including office management, accounting, payroll and billing. Cari spent the early years of her career in Chicago working with an international recruiting and staffing company. She later moved to Denver and launched her own staffing business, Rocky Mountain Staffing, Inc.

Special Counsel

Holden Bank has spent most of his nearly 35-year legal profession managing and solving an expansive range of domestic and international corporate and business legal issues. His experiences acting in both Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel positions for both publicly-traded and privately held companies, and for clients in private practice, allow him to offer insight, guidance, strategic direction and creative solutions for his clients.
