Bryan E. Kuhn

With nearly 25 years of legal and entrepreneurial expertise, Bryan E. Kuhn brings a global perspective to his practice at Linden Law Partners. As an attorney, businessman, and entrepreneur, Bryan has built a career distinguished by his proficiency in commercial litigation, business transactions, and dispute resolution.

Bryan founded and grew his own law firm, specializing in business, commercial, and employment law, including a focus on partnership disputes. He has served as lead counsel in hundreds of cases, including over 100 trials in state and federal courts, and has extensive arbitration and appellate experience. 

Bryan’s commercial transactions practice spans over 200 business deals, including international transactions with clients from Nigeria, Spain, Germany, Peru, Ecuador, Canada, Colombia, Mexico, and India. His fluency in Spanish further strengthens his ability to navigate cross-border and international business matters with confidence and precision.

Bryan earned his J.D. and MBA from the University of Denver and a Master’s in Global Finance from NYU Stern and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, complementing his entrepreneurial ventures in consulting, real estate, and international finance. This diverse background equips him with a unique perspective to guide clients through complex legal and business challenges.
