Miles Williams

Miles Williams represents entrepreneurs, startups and other companies throughout their business lifecycles across a variety of industries, including technology and application development, e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, and food & beverage. His experience extends to M&A and financing transactions, securities law compliance, entity formation, LLCs/partnerships, and corporate governance.

After law school and before joining Linden Law Partners, Miles founded his own law firm focused on transactional representations. An entrepreneur himself, he has a deep understanding of what it takes to start and run a business and relates to the entrepreneurial spirit of his clients. Miles approaches the practice of law from a wholistic standpoint, ensuring that he achieves client business goals while also protecting their interests.

Before becoming a lawyer, Miles was a banker, and he also worked for the State of Colorado Judicial Branch. He enjoys watching and playing sports and trying new restaurants with his wife.
